Jesus' attitude to church
Jesus is clear that he is building his church. He is the foundation and the builder, and we are living stones.
The bible also speaks of the church as a body, with Christ as the head. We are members from whom unity and cooperation is required.
The bible also speaks of the church as the bride, being prepared for the bridegroom - Jesus the king of kings.
In summary, Jesus has come as the head of the body, the master builder and the bride, and we are being built together into the church he wants.

Philippians 2.
We have learned a lot about God over the last year, but we need to proess on into seeking to be like Jesus. This letter speaks about the attitudes of Jesus, and calls us to have the same attitudes. So for the next few months I shall be speaking about our attitudes and comparing them to the attitudes of Jesus.
